Women's Nutrition Series with Carlyn Young, RD

Join Crowsfeet, SheJumps, and Embark for a two-part series entitled 'Nutrition Through the Lifespan of the Female Athlete' with Carlyn Young, RD. The first workshop on Thursday, June 1st will focus on nutrition for the active female throughout peri-menopause and menopause; troubleshooting hormonal, energy, and life shifts while nourishing our bodies. Next Thursday's workshop on June 8th will focus on young adult women and honing in on the craft of nourishing our bodies during times of rest and movement.
