Born in Bend, Embark stands for movement. Our training philosophy is rooted in building athletic skill and playing harder as you work towards your goals, whether in our state-of-art cycling stadium or fitness studio. With over 20 years experience in the fitness business, our goals and standards remain the same; to offer a democratic training approach while building community. Young or old, our belief is simple - there is an athlete in everyone and we intend to find it!
